The Eastern Hope Jinzhong Aluminum Aluminum Comprehensive Recycling Economic Project is the project with the largest investment quota introduced in Lingshi County in recent years. The project will take advantage of the unique bauxite, coal, and limestone resources in Jinzhong and even Shanxi as a whole, and build a large-scale circular economy industrial base integrating “coal, electricity, aluminum, and chemical industry”. The total investment of the project is 39.0 billion yuan, which will be implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project will invest 11 billion yuan and covers an area of ​​1300 mu, including 3 million tons of aluminum hydroxide, 1.2 million tons of industrial lime and 40 tons of metal per year. And 400,000 tons/year 4A zeolite. The second phase of the project will invest 28 billion yuan, including 300,000 tons/year caustic soda, 400,000 tons/year PVC, 600,000 tons/year calcium carbide, 300,000 tons/year electrolytic aluminum, 300,000 tons/year magnesium aluminum alloy products, and 30 10,000 tons/year of carbon supporting products and supporting the development of high-precision aluminum, high-precision helium, gallium arsenide and other series of new aluminum materials. The project started construction in September 2015. The first line of the first phase of the project was put into operation on April 21, 2016; the second line was put into operation on December 28, 2016. Currently, the two lines are operating normally. In 2016, the output value has reached 1.1 billion yuan. At present, the construction of two production lines of the second phase of the project is being promoted to realize the extension of the circular economy industrial chain.

In the production workshop, large-scale production equipment is constantly running, and the company's products, alumina and aluminum hydroxide, are continuously produced. Oriental Hope Jinzhong Aluminum Administration Manager Dai Haoliang told reporters: “The good local investment environment and the smooth implementation of the first phase of the project helped Oriental Hope Group realize economies of scale and added confidence in the second phase of the project. At present, the second The preparatory work for the project is being carried out in an orderly manner.” At the construction site of the second phase of the project, the person in charge of the project said that the construction of the land in the first phase of the second phase of the project has been completed, and the total investment is expected to be 2 billion yuan for the second phase of the two phases. The line plans to officially start construction in June this year and it will be completed and put into operation by the end of this year. The total scale will enter the forefront of Shanxi Province.
