According to the relevant regulations, the safety committee of the State Council will supervise the handling of the three accidents. The accident investigation report will be announced to the public in a timely manner.

The circular requires that all localities and relevant departments must resolutely implement the deployment of the “Six-dozen-six-governance” special campaign to fight unconventional violations, and severely crack down on counterfeiting of drawings and illegal over-the-counter mining.
