2. The rain cover of equipment such as switch and gas relay should be buckled day by day. The door box of the outdoor equipment such as terminal box and mechanism box should be closed and sealed well.

3. Before the rainy season, comprehensively inspect and clear the drainage facilities of the basement, cable trench, cable tunnel and site where water may be accumulated, and take measures to prevent water ingress and drainage.

4. Check the leakage of the house and the drainage of the sewer pipe when it rains.

5. Check the water in the basement, cable trench, cable tunnel, etc. after the rain, and drain it in time. When the equipment room is too humid, make a good ventilation.

6. Substation should formulate practical windproof control measures according to local weather conditions. When windy winds, it is important to check whether there are abnormalities such as equipment drain line, wave blocker, and rain cover of gas relay.

7. Check and clean the substation equipment area, the substation wall and the surrounding floating objects, etc., to prevent the wind from being blown to the substation operating equipment.

8. When the temperature in winter is low, it is important to check whether the heater in the switch mechanism is running well, find the problem in time, and take measures against the insulation of the mechanism box.
