DC250 multi-use measurement block

The gage shown in Figure 1 is our successful DC250 multi-use measurement block. The column of the column 1 is engraved with a spiral groove, the lower part is a chassis, the diameter of the chassis is 75 mm, and the height of the column 1 is 220 mm. The rotary table 2 can be raised or lowered along the spiral groove of the column 1. The rotary table is divided into two upper and lower working faces I and II, and the design dimensions of the two working faces are 100 js7. The actual size is 100+xmm, and the mark is on the surface of the rotary table. The parallelism error between the I and II working faces of the bottom of the column is below 1μm.
