Making reamer with scrap carbide rod

In the production practice, we often encounter the phenomenon of the holed workpiece that has been processed and shrinkage after heat treatment and quenching. For example, we process a batch of workpieces as shown in Figure 1, a workpiece material GCr 15, a quenching hardness of HRC 53-58, and a φ1.2_0~(+0.02)mm hole on the workpiece cannot be assembled with the fitting after quenching.
