Henan Bochuang Machinery introduces the common beneficiation methods for different types of tin ore

In the beneficiation equipment production line, except for the low-concentration tin-rich ore containing more than 40% tin, it can be directly smelted without the beneficiation equipment. Other tin ore is generally subjected to beneficiation and is rich in more than 40% of tin. Smelting is carried out after the tin concentrate.

The mineral processing methods commonly used in different types of tin ore in China:

1. Easy ore selection: such as oxidized ore, cassiterite - quartz type ore, tin-containing granite type ore, commonly used for re-election or heavy - floating process.

2 , refractory ore: such as cassiterite - sulphide skarn type ore, cassiterite - sulphide type ore, generally using heavy - floating - heavy, magnetic - floating - heavy ore processing or metallurgical combined process.

3 , extremely difficult to choose ore: such as tin-bearing magnetite skarn type ore, to use magnetic - floating - heavy, or medium-mineralization and other metallurgical joint processing.

In some ore concentrating plants in China, in the ore processed by the beneficiation equipment, when the size of the cassiterite is fine, the iron content is high, the monomer cassiterite is less, and the iron and tin are more than the raw body, a variety of tin products are produced, that is, the final tin is maintained or even improved. At the same time of the concentrate grade, some of the rich minerals ( tin 3-10%) and difficult to mine ( tin 1-2%) are produced, which increases the recovery rate of tin by about 10% and increases the production of tin. The equipment used in the beneficiation production line usually includes: magnetic separator , flotation machine, jig, spiral chute, shaker, etc.
