Recently, Shandong Longkou Junlin Group undertook the Ministry of Science and Technology Technology-based SME Technology Innovation Fund Project "Research and Development of High Performance Ultra-light and Light-duty Metro Conductor Profiles" passed the acceptance test.

The project uses key technologies such as aluminum alloy material optimization, melt purification, isothermal extrusion, and on-line precision quenching to realize the research and development of high performance ultra-long light metro conductive rail profiles. The project products passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements organized by the Provincial Science and Technology Department, which filled the domestic gap and the main performance indicators reached the domestic leading level. It will play a huge technical support role in further consolidating the solid foundation of the jungle group in the localization level of new aluminum alloy materials, enhancing the company's industry status and fully participating in international competition.
