To this end, I have read a large number of artificial crystals, hard alloy manufacturing, powder metallurgy books, literature, journals, archives, and patents, thus making up for the lack of theoretical knowledge. It must be emphasized here that there is still a big gap between China and the developed countries such as Europe, the United States and Japan in the field of applied science and natural science. I later completed many researches in Sanmao and Xinya. The topic is very helpful. The success of the research test should be said to depend mainly on the subtlety of the preparation work. I remember that when I applied to the National Science and Technology Commission in 1986 for the "Diamond/Carbide Composite Sheet" Torch Program, the National Science and Technology Commission sent a special person to the Sanmao Institute. The inspectors thought that the conditions of the Sanmao Institute were far less than the Beijing Labor. At the Institute of Crystals, the project approved the IOL, and millions of dollars were also allocated to them, but the final success was not the artificial crystals with good conditions and sufficient funds, but the three mills with poor conditions and low capital. graduate School. 4. The above mentioned opportunities refer to opportunities on a larger scale. For example, people often say that they have encountered great opportunities for reform and opening up. These people have them. But for researchers, the real opportunity often refers to an accidental encounter during the test, such as the penicillin accidentally discovered by the bacteriologist Fleming. In the history of scientific invention, this accidental unexpected event is also called an opportunity. If you can catch it in time, it may bring you unexpected other discoveries. Fleming discovered that the mold caused the staphylococcus to die. At that time, I was also in this trend, and I designed and tested a variety of ultra-high pressure devices for this purpose, but it is still difficult to achieve the desired goals and requirements. One day, a concept was suddenly sprouted. This concept was applied to ultra-high pressure devices, so a new type of static ultra-high pressure device was designed. 9. Logical Reasoning Logical reasoning is a research method that has nothing to do with creative thinking. Reasoning is sometimes correct, but sometimes it leads you into misunderstanding. A recent survey shows that money is not good for interpersonal relationships.如果你碰到这样的事,你千万要摆正事业与金钱两者的关系,孰重孰轻。事业是第一位的,金钱是第二位的。历史证明,过去许多伟大的科学家对人类的贡献得到的不是报酬而往往是迫害,这是司空见惯的事,对他们来说研究的快乐在于研究本身,其他方面的利益收获都是靠不住的。导弹之父钱学森解放初期毅然决定放弃在美国的优惠待遇回国,由于他的卓越成就在2000年被授于杰出科学家奖,在领奖时他说过他此生只有过三次激动: 1955年在美国被囚禁时(1950—1955年)写作的工程控制论,他的导师看后说水平已经超过了导师;1959年加入中国共产党;1999年他与雷锋、王进喜、焦裕禄并列在一起被评为先进共产党员。金钱是物质上的,鼓励是精神上的,我认为对科研人员精神上的鼓励比金钱更加重要。 1974年我在三磨所工作时,发现合成金刚石时作为传压、密封、保温、绝缘的叶腊石块的流动变形对保持高压腔中的压力与温度的稳定性与均匀性带来不利影响,于是动手制造具有预制密封边的叶腊石块,有一位科室领导说过一句话“三磨所的技术人员都象你一样就好了!”这句话对我的鼓励至今还记忆犹新。这一发现和改进,后来申请了专利,并应用于金刚石复合片的生产中;由于我在金刚石复合片、立方氮化硼复合片与拉丝模研制中所作出的成绩,三磨所给予了高度的肯定;政府及科技部也给过许多荣誉与奖励,这些精神鼓励相对于金钱而言更起作用。其实,科研给研究人员带来的愉悦除了科研本身外,最大莫过于是当你的成果转化为生产力后,你的创新产品的应用效果得到用户的肯定与满意,而且产品的性能与应用效果达到国际先进水平或领先水平,能替代进口,能到国际市场上与国内外同行一比高下,并能占领国际市场,为国家、为企业创造良好的经济效益之时,这种快乐满足或者自豪感是给多少钱也无法比拟的。 2、关于科学研究的道德观 任何科学研究都是在前人创造与积累的知识基础上进行的,学习、借鉴与引用是完全必要的、正常的,但必须做到你所参考利用的前人成果以及任何曾经实质上为你研究提供过帮助的人,你有责任给予应有的肯定与感谢。有人引用别人的意见、谈话、摘录、图表好象是自己的一样,这是一种常见的、较轻微的触犯,严重的不道德行为是剽窃别人著作、成果、谈话所透露的设想或初步成果;或者利用自己的权威和地位,不劳而获地占有别人的成果,或者侵犯别人的知识产权如专利权、版权等,这种人被称为“科学强盗”。排在课题研究,论文发表、专利申请前面的人应该是研究工作做得最多、而且最有效的人,而不是论资排辈。研究人员将实验活动及阶段成果保守秘密是常见的,是许可的,以避免别人剽窃他们的初步结果、抢先发表或报导或泄露。从长远看一个诚实的科学家是不吃亏的,道德上的疏忽在科学领域受到的惩罚要比在商业界严历的多。 3、关于知识产权的保护 从严格意义上说保密是有碍技术进步的,但从国家与集体利益上说,特别是军事科学领域,又是需要保密的。为此,在科研过程或完结时如果确实有新发明、有新发现、有新创造应及时申报专利,在知识产权保护法律比较完善的国家,申请专利对于保护知识产权是有效的。专利分发明专利、实用新型专利、外观专利三种,专利的申请也要注意策略或者说方法, 本人申请过1个发明专利和11个实用新型专利,根据我的经验应注意以下几点: A、专利说明书最好由发明者自己撰写,因为只有你自己最熟悉你的发明内容及权利要求; B、专利说明书的内容只介绍发明的基本原理与要素,并规定一个较宽的限制范围; C、专利说明书及实施例中不能触及你的核心机密与技术决窍; D、对于极有前途的重大发明在你还没有实施之前,在你还没有收到很大的技术经济效益之前,最好不要申报专利。我国的知识产权保护已有明确的法律、法规,但实施力度不够,侵权者比比皆是,因此目前还无法完全依赖专利保护法,也不要指望通过诉讼到法院去打官司。对企业来说最好的自我保护法是不断创新,使产品不断更新换代,叫别人永远跟不上你的步伐。 4、关于科研成果转为生产力 任何发现、发明、创造的最终目的是什么呢?从广义上说是为了促进社会的进步与发展,造福于人类;从狭义的范围上讲,是为了提升企业的技术与经济效益,同时使研究者在经济上受益。研究成果不是用来纸上谈兵、束之高阁,但事实证明真正有效的成果并不多,耗费大量资金与时间而取得的成果因无效、无用、而封存于档案室;当然其中或许也包含着一些富有前膽性的一时难已被人理解、接受的或时机尚未成熟而无法实践的成果,但是只要是明珠,迟早都会焕发出光彩。作为我们搞应用研究、新产品开发的研究人员来说,应该不失时机地、大胆地把自己确信具有市场前景和经济效益的研究成果转化为生产力,那怕一时还不是那么成熟和有把握,因为在生产实践中,也只有在生产实践中你的成果的可行性与有效性才能得到验证。年青的朋友们!最后我要说的是,人生是漫长的,也是非常短暂的,眼睛一闭一睁就是一天,眼睛一闭不睁就是一辈子,象电视剧“康熙王朝”的主题歌中所唱的“我真的好想再活五百年”是不可能的,希望你们珍惜时间、珍惜生命,古人云“一寸光阴一寸金,寸金难买寸光阴”,“少壮不努力,老大徒伤悲”。在日本有一位年轻的临终关怀护士大津秀一,他在亲眼目睹、亲耳听到1000例患者的临终遗憾后,写下了《临终前会后悔的25件事》一书,其中第二个遗憾就是“没有实现梦想”。当人们在生命尽头往回看时,往往会发现有好多梦想没有实现。 “真正的后悔,其实不是因为没有实现梦想,多半是责怪自己没能尽100%的力量实现梦想”。作为活着的我们又该如何拥有一个不留遗憾的人生呢?用乔布斯的一句话说:“你的时间有限,所以不要为别人而活,活着就为改变世界!” 在《钢铁是怎样炼成的》一书中,保尔·柯察金有几句激励我们几代人的名言:“人最宝贵的是生命,而生命属于每个人只有一次。人的一生是应该这样度过的,当他回首往事时,不因过去的虚度年华而悔恨,也不因过去的碌碌无为而羞耻……” 祝愿你们把握人生,把握机遇、踏踏实实,努力工作,为祖国为人民贡献出你们的毕生精力和才华,不辜负祖国、人民、父母对你们深切期望,为自己创造幸福美好的生活,创造光明美好的未来!
