A new round of rain and snow cooling

It is expected that due to the influence of cold air, there will be small to medium snow or sleet in the eastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, central Gansu, northeastern Inner Mongolia, and north-central northeastern regions; southeastern Tibet, southeastern part of northwest, southwestern part, south of Huanghuai There are small to moderate rains or showers in Jianghan, Jianghuai, Jiangnan, and Guangxi. There are 4 to 6 winds in most of Inner Mongolia, most of the Northeast, and North China. Some areas of Xinjiang's southern Xinjiang basin and western Inner Mongolia have sand or floating dust. There will be 5 to 6 winds in the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the northeastern part of the South China Sea.

At present, it has entered a period of frequent dust and sand weather in spring. Dust weather is harmful to facility agriculture. Vegetable greenhouses should pay attention to strengthening sheds in the near future, and do a good job of light-filling measures and water and fertilizer regulation. In addition, local strong sandstorms will destroy vegetation and threaten human and animal safety. All localities need to actively take protective measures.

Winter wheat area weather: Yesterday night to 7th, there will be small to moderate rain in the western and southern parts of the northern winter wheat area. The precipitation is 1~5 mm, including the middle and southern Anhui, Jiangsu precipitation of 8-15 mm, for winter wheat. Growth is beneficial. During the period, the temperature drop in the northern winter wheat area is about 2 to 4 °C, and the local temperature is about 6 °C. The lowest temperature in Huanghuai is 4-8 °C. The average temperature is close to normal, and it will not affect the growth of winter wheat.

Spring in the south: Today, from day to day, Jianghan, Jianghuai and Jiangnan in the north of the Yangtze River will have small to moderate rain (precipitation 8 to 15 mm) and heavy rain (25 to 40 mm) in some areas. During the period, the minimum temperature in the above-mentioned areas was 10 to 14 °C, and the temperature was generally close to the same period of the year, which had little effect on the early rice planting.

Concerns and suggestions:

1. All areas in Xinjiang and Northwest China need to strengthen the prevention of adverse effects such as wind, cooling, dust and other weather, and do a good job in forest and grassland fire prevention; in northern Xinjiang, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention of mixed flood disasters.

2. The soil moisture in the winter wheat area in the north will be further supplemented, which is beneficial to the winter wheat jointing and spring wheat sowing and emergence. However, the windy and dusty weather in Hexi, Gansu, central and western Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and other places is not good for facility agricultural production, and measures such as reinforcement should be taken to prevent it. If the existing greenhouse or greenhouse is reinforced, repair the film and film strip in time to prevent the windy weather from damaging the greenhouse or greenhouse.

3. The rainy weather in the eastern part of the southwestern part of China and the western part of the south of the Yangtze River is unfavorable for the sowing and emergence of winter wheat heading and flowering, rapeseed flowering and pod-forming, one-season rice sowing and spring maize, etc., paying attention to prevention of pests and diseases. In addition, the eastern part of Tibet and the southwestern part of the country have more rainy (snow) weather, and the eastern and southwestern areas of Tibet should strengthen the prevention of geological disasters.

Nonionic surfactants have covalently bonded oxygen-containing hydrophilic groups, which are bonded to hydrophobic parent structures. The water-solubility of the oxygen groups is the result of hydrogen bonding. Hydrogen bonding decreases with increasing temperature, and the water solubility of nonionic surfactants therefore decreases with increasing temperature.

Nonionic surfactants are less sensitive to water hardness than Anionic Surfactants, and they foam less strongly. The differences between the individual types of nonionic surfactants are slight, and the choice is primarily governed having regard to the costs of special properties, e.g., effectiveness and efficiency, toxicity, dermatological compatibility and biodegradability, or permission for use in food.
