In recent years, due to the good efficiency of planting green onions, it has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the peasant masses. However, due to the blind increase in investment, coupled with continuous cropping and other factors, the land output rate has decreased, and the comparative benefits of farmers have declined. In response to this production status and actual situation, the agricultural technology station timely corrected the bad practices in the planting process, took advantage of the situation, scientifically planted, and received significant benefits through the following “four reforms” measures.

First, change the application of chemical fertilizers to organic and inorganic fertilizers, supplemented by biological fertilizers, which greatly activate the soil, increase beneficial bacteria, and improve the disease resistance and immunity of crops;

Second, the shallow application of chemical fertilizers for the deep application of the plough layer, the implementation of a small number of multiple topdressing, to avoid fertilizer waste, improve fertilizer utilization;

Thirdly, the three rows of ridges were planted for two rows of cultivation, giving full play to the marginal effect;

Fourth, the seedlings and weak seedlings were planted as large seedlings and strong seedlings, and plant roots were supplemented with plant growth factors. Through these measures, the yield value of green onions has risen sharply and received good ecological and economic benefits.
