Last month, the Shanghai Furniture Industry Association announced the revising of the three furniture industry rules to restrict operators' behaviors of various types of irregular business operations. These three rules are the “Three Guarantees Liability Rules for Shanghai Furniture Industry Products” (hereinafter referred to as “Three Guarantees Rules”), “Product Labeling Rules for Shanghai Furniture Industry” (hereinafter referred to as the labeling rules), and the civilized service rules for the Shanghai furniture industry. "Three Guarantees" rule: who sells and who is responsible for

The “Three Guarantees” rule stipulates that producers and sellers shall be responsible for providing necessary services to consumers in accordance with the principle of “who sells and who is responsible”. Producers and sellers must properly handle consumers’ inquiries and complaints, and they must not The “Three Guarantees” rule is clear, and the venue renter should bear the joint and several liability for the quality of furniture sold by the site lessee before the termination of the lease contract.
