Use:
Before starting the pump, make sure it is fully filled with the liquid to be transported, especially if the pump is suctioning from a tank or reservoir. Close the discharge gate valve first, then connect the power supply. Turn on the power and check the pump's rotation direction to ensure it is correct. Once confirmed, run the unit for 5 to 10 minutes. If there are no unusual noises, vibrations, or leaks, the pump can be safely put into operation. When shutting down, close the gate valve first before turning off the power to prevent backflow and reduce stress on the system.
Maintenance and Care:
Regularly inspect both the pump and motor for any signs of wear or damage. Replace any worn-out or damaged parts promptly to maintain efficiency and safety. If the pump will not be used for an extended period, clean the internal flow passages thoroughly and disconnect the power supply to avoid unnecessary energy consumption and potential damage. Never operate the pump without sufficient liquid, as this can cause severe damage to the internal components and significantly reduce its lifespan. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for proper handling and maintenance to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
