These lamps are suitable for use in explosive gas environments classified as Zone 1 and Zone 2, as well as in flammable dust environments categorized as Zone 21 and Zone 22. **Installation Instructions:**
Before installation, assess the specific lighting needs of your work area to determine the optimal placement and method. Measure the distance from the lamp to the power source to prepare a three-core cable with a diameter between Φ8mm and Φ14mm. Ensure the cable is properly enclosed within a steel conduit for added protection.
To connect the cable, loosen the compression nut on the lamp’s cable entry point (this is usually not used when the lamp is shipped with a steel pipe). Feed the power cable into the internal wiring compartment, secure the connections, and then tighten the cable gland to ensure a secure fit. Finally, close the lamp cover and fasten the set screws to complete the installation.
When replacing the lamp, first remove the Phillips screw that holds the lamp ring in place. Then, turn the lamp ring counterclockwise to separate it from the transparent cover and the housing. Carefully take out the old lamp and install the new one. Reassemble the components and ensure everything is securely fastened.

1. Always disconnect the power supply before installing or maintaining the lamp.
2. Only trained professionals should handle installation or removal of the lamp.

2. The surface of the lamp may become warm during operation, which is normal. However, the center of the transparent part can get very hot—avoid touching it.
