What is the national standard for electric safety helmets?

[ Huaqiang Security Network News ]
China Security Network Xiaobian wants to introduce three aspects of electric safety helmets, one national standard requirements for electric safety helmets; two national technical requirements for electric safety helmets; and three national standards for electrical safety helmets.
National standard for electric hard hats
Safety helmets refer to helmet production specifications, technical requirements, marking requirements and inspection rules. Generally refers to the latest national standard GB2811-2007. This standard specifies the physical performance requirements, technical performance requirements and inspection rules, management, marking and packaging of helmets used in industry. It is suitable for helmets commonly used in industry, and other special features added are only applicable to the corresponding special places.
Power helmet national specification requirements
1. Vertical spacing: measured according to the specified conditions, the value should be between 25-50mm.
2. Horizontal spacing: measured according to the specified conditions, the value should be between 5-20mm.
3. Wearing height: measured according to the specified conditions, the value should be between 80-90mm.
4. Cap size: divided into the following three numbers
Small: 51-56cm
Medium: 57-60cm
Large size: 61-64cm
5. Weight: A complete helmet should be as light as possible and should not exceed 400G.
6. Brim size: minimum 10mm, maximum 35mm. The slope of the brim is preferably 20°-60°.
7. Vent: Vents can be provided on both sides of the helmet.
8. The visor: minimum 10mm, maximum 55mm.
9. Color: The color of the helmet is generally light or striking, such as white, light yellow, etc.
National technical requirements for power helmets
basic requirements
2.1.1 Impact absorption performance: Treat with three safety helmets at 50±2°C (40°C under the mine), -10±2°C and water immersion, then drop from 1m height with 5Kg steel hammer. For the impact test, the maximum impact force of the head mold should not exceed 4900N.
2.1.2 Penetration resistance: According to the material of the helmet, 50±2°C, -10±2°C and one of the three methods of water immersion are used for treatment. Then, the 3KG steel cone is used to test from 1m height. Should not be in contact with the head mold.
A safety helmet is a protective product that protects the head from impact. It consists of a cap shell, a cap liner, a lower cheek band and a rear cuff. The cap is hemispherical, strong, smooth and flexible, and the impact and puncture kinetic energy of the striker is mainly absorbed by the cap. There is a space between the cap and the cap liner to cushion and disperse the instantaneous impact force, thereby avoiding or reducing direct damage to the head. Impact suction performance, puncture resistance, lateral rigidity, electrical insulation, and flame retardancy are requirements for the basic technical performance of the helmet.
other requirements
2.2.1 Low temperature resistance: The impact absorption performance and penetration resistance of helmets below -10 °C shall comply with the requirements of 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.
2.2.2 Combustion resistance: Burn the helmet for 10 seconds with the flame and method specified in GB2812-2006 "Hard Cap Test Method". After removing the flame, the shell flame should be self-extinguishing within 5 seconds.
2.2.3 Electrical insulation performance: AC 1200V withstand voltage test for 1 minute, leakage current should not exceed 1.2mA.
2.2.4 Lateral rigidity: The pressure of the helmet shall be increased by 43kg in the transverse direction according to the method specified in GB2812-2006. The maximum deformation of the cap shall not exceed 40mm, and the deformation after unloading shall not exceed 15mm.
Power helmet national marking requirements standard
3.1 There should be three permanent markings on each top hat:
a. Manufacturer's name and trademark, model;
b. Year of manufacture, month;
c. License number.
3.2 Safety helmets with other properties shall be marked on the hat as follows:
a. A helmet that meets the low temperature resistance of 2.2.1, and makes a low temperature mark, such as "-20 ° C", "-30 ° C";
b. A helmet that meets the requirements of 2.2.2 for resistance to combustion, with an "R" mark on the cap;
c. A helmet that meets the electrical insulation performance requirements of 2.2.3, with a “D” mark on the cap;
d. A helmet that meets the lateral rigidity requirements of 2.2.4, with a “CG” mark on the cap.

R410A is an HFC blend designed for new R22 applications. It operates at higher pressures than many other refrigerants, and so cannot be used to retrofit R22 systems. Systems designed for R410A can take advantage of its ability to use smaller components, making it a key refrigerant for domestic and light air conditioning equipment. R410A's low glide also makes it suitable for some centrifugal compressors, and it can operate in low temperature applications.
