On April 27th, China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd. held a training in legal and economic law. This training is the first stop for SINOMACH to manage the company's overall legal work in accordance with the law.
Dr. Wang Junquan of Henan Zhongyu Law Firm served as a training lecturer and trained for the cooperation of the Chinese aircraft. During the training, Dr. Wang Junquan systematically explained the relationship between civil law and commercial law, the relationship between economy and law, the basic knowledge of contract law, the application of contract law, and matters needing attention when signing a contract, and made a practical case analysis. During the training, Dr. Wang Junquan focused on the "Contract Law" and the "Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods", and also carried out interactive interactions in the classroom with everyone.
During the training, everyone listened carefully, took notes carefully, and pondered deeply.
