"Study on high-efficiency organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells" completed technical inspection

On September 19th, the Research Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology under the auspices of the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, completed the technical acceptance of the “Research on High-Efficiency Organic-Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells”. The acceptance meeting was organized by the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. Meng Qingbo, a researcher at the Physics Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; Deng Yuan, a professor at the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Li Meicheng, a professor at the North China Electric Power University; Zhang Jianming, a professor at the Qingdao University of Science and Technology; Wang Hao, an associate professor at China Ocean University, and Qingdao Haiyu New Materials Co., Ltd. Senior engineers Wang Zhizheng and senior engineer Jie Xinye of Weihai Zhongbo Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. attended the acceptance meeting.

Director of Science and Technology Department of Qingdao Energy Institute, Liang Xiangfeng, introduced the development of the institute and the achievements; Chen Zhen, director of the Science and Technology Cooperation Department of the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, introduced the relevant conditions of the Guohe Special Project and put forward requirements and tasks for project acceptance; The person in charge, Mou Shuping, gave a presentation on the implementation of the "Research on High-Efficiency Organic-Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cell" co-chaired by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. During the implementation of the project, the two parties cooperated in the development of the most promising large-area perovskite film repair technology, and received highlights from Science, “China Science” and other magazines. Based on this research, they further developed domestic photovoltaic companies. The cooperation and joint development of gas repair equipment with independent intellectual property rights completed the repair of large-area perovskite films and basically met the industrial requirements for the preparation of core films in perovskite solar cells. In terms of efficiency, it reached 18-20% and completed the requirements of the project. The specific research results obtained by the project include: 3 applications for Chinese invention patents, and 2 currently authorized; in J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem., Chem. Mater., J. Mater. Chem. A, Solar. RRL and other journals published papers.

The expert group heard relevant reports, evaluated the completion of the technical indicators of the results of the cooperation projects, discussed the drafting project “Acceptance opinion”, and considered that the project completed the objectives, tasks, and technical indicators stipulated in the contract, and agreed that the project passed. acceptance. Through the implementation of this project, on the one hand, the research level of the Institute in this field has been greatly improved, and the international influence has been effectively improved; on the other hand, new technologies with independent intellectual property rights have been obtained for the future perovskite solar cells. The commercialization laid a good foundation.
