On July 12, a major milestone was achieved as the world's largest hydraulic duplex crane, capable of lifting up to 6,400 tons, successfully completed its dynamic test at Sinochem II Construction Machinery Construction Co., Ltd. This groundbreaking machine was jointly developed by Sinochem Second Construction Group, Zhongke Synthetic Oil Technology Co., Ltd., and Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The successful test marks a significant advancement in heavy lifting technology.
The crane features a maximum lifting height of 120 meters and a lifting speed of 6 meters per hour. It can be divided into two independent masts, each with a lifting capacity of 3,200 tons. This design allows for greater flexibility and adaptability, making it compatible with existing building frame lifting systems. All operations—lifting, sliding, and positioning—are controlled through a fully automated hydraulic system, achieving a 100% localization rate. Its modular design makes on-site assembly quick and efficient, and it is highly versatile for different working conditions.
