Yongkang, known as the "Hardware Capital of China," is located in the central part of Zhejiang Province. Over decades of development, Danzao has become the largest hardware production base in South China, earning the title of "China's Daily Hardware Capital."
Dazu Hardware, centered around Longshui Town in Dazu County, has a history spanning over 1,200 years. Its products are sold nationwide and exported globally, reaching regions such as Southeast Asia, Australia, the United States, and Europe. A well-known saying in the hardware industry is that "there is Wang Mazi in the north, Zhang Xiaoquan in the south, and Longshui hardware in the southwest." In the early 1990s, Deng Xiaoping famously praised a kitchen knife from Dazu, which became widely recognized for its sharpness and quality.
Today, Dazu Hardware offers ten categories with over 200 product varieties, ranging from daily tools and agricultural equipment to construction hardware and musical instruments. The industry supports more than 90,000 employees and generates an annual output value of 4 billion yuan.
Changan, located in Dongguan City, is known as the "Star of China Township." It is a major trade hub situated at the intersection of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway and the 107 National Highway. Changan Trade City is a large-scale professional market specializing in molds, hardware, and electromechanical components. It serves as a stable supply base for many manufacturers and distributors in Dongguan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and surrounding provinces.
